Welcome New Roadrunners!

We are excited to welcome our new Roadrunners to the Butte College community! During Orientation, you'll explore campus, chat with the financial aid team, meet with an academic counselor, and sign up for classes. Orientation is all about getting you set up for a successful start at Butte College!

HOW TO COMPLETE ORIENTATION

All new students must complete an in-person Orientation. 

All in-person Summer Orientation sessions are now full.  

To complete Online Orientation, please submit the Online Orientation Request Form to receive access information. 

*New Applicants: You will not be able to complete the Online Orientation Request Form until you have received an email with your Butte College username, email address, and ID number. For troubleshooting support, please call the Support Center at 530-895-2511.

Important Steps Before Orientation

Before attending Orientation, ensure you have:

1. Completed a Butte College Application.
2. Received your student ID number, student email address, and password. This information was emailed to you after applying to Butte College. If you did not receive an email with your username and password, call Student Tech Support at (530) 895-2925 or email StudentTechSupport@sdtqh.com. You will need your Butte College Student ID to register for Orientation).
3. Accessed your Butte College Portal - Self-Service.
